• Businesses must be certified to participate in the New York Youth Jobs Program.
• The certified youth must start work between January 1 and December 31.
• FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE: Receive up to $7,500 in tax credits per employee
• PART-TIME EMPLOYEE: Receive up to $3,750 in tax credits per employee
